How to Bid in our Online Auction:
Bidding is easy as 1-2-3!
1. create an account
Click the button below to register and bid in our online auction! Click “Get Started” at the top and then click “Create Account.” Follow the instructions.
2. Add a credit card
Please note that you must enter in a credit card and cell phone number to bid on items.
3. Place your Bid!
You will be sent your custom bidding page via text message. Just click the link and start placing your bids! This link will give you access to your personalized account going forward.
Please Note: If you are attending the gala on December 7, we highly recommend registering your bidding account ahead of the event to expedite the check-in process.

Online Auction Procedures:
Payment
Winning bidders will be automatically processed on December 8, 2024, to the card on file.
Claiming Your Items
The winning bidder will be emailed the week of December 8, 2024, for further instructions on how to claim your item.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the winning bid and is the responsibility of the buyer. If needed, shipping arrangements can be made with the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum team.
Item Condition and Restrictions
All sales are FINAL. All auction items are sold “as is”. Neither the donor nor the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum can provide guarantees for the items.
Value and Tax Advice
Values are provided by the donor and are not warranted by Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. We recommend consulting your tax advisor for appropriate treatment.
Restrictions
Many donations may have restrictions. Please review the details carefully as we have made every effort to note these restrictions accurately.
Arranging Fulfillment
Reservations for trips, hotel stays, air travel, and similar items should be coordinated directly with the donor, unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that holiday blackout periods and other restrictions may apply.
Substitutions
Fulfillment of auction lots may include substitution at the donor’s discretion. Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is not responsible for any substitutions made.
