Aviation Learning center

An introduction to ground school, students move through 3 modules of aviation education: practical science, pre-flight responsibilities, and simulated flight. Within the Learning Lab, students study and apply aviation concepts through experimentation and group discussion. In the Hangar, students conduct a pre-flight check on an aircraft as well as ready a flight plan for submission. Finally, the Simulator Bay culminates the day’s activities in a virtual flight over Oʻahu along a pre-determined route. As a timed program, any late arrivals are subject to activity changes.
