s.t.e.m. camp waitlist

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF REGISTRATION. Waitlist spots are first come, first served. If and when a spot becomes available, the first name on the list will be promptly contacted at the email address which was provided. The email will contain instructions and the registration link. We will not accept any waitlist requests over the phone. There is no guarantee that any name on the waitlist will be able to register. You will have a limited time of 48 hours from when the email was sent to claim the open spot. All waitlisters are responsible for checking their email frequently to avoid missing the opportunity to register. After the 48 hours have elapsed, the registration link will expire and the spot will be offered to the next name on the list. No exceptions.

When you receive the email, there will be a link to the registration and payment form for the program you are waitlisted for. Click on the link within the email to the registration page. Select the intended program and add the ticket to your cart. Fill out your childʻs information in the Student Information section. When the form is fully complete, proceed to the checkout page. Submit your payment and your child will be confirmed to participate in the program. You will receive an email from the Education Department with the Parent Preparation Packet.

If you have not received an email regarding your spot on the waitlist by June 8, 2024 (Explorer’s Club), June 22, 2024 (Flight School for Boys), or July 6, 2024 (Flight School for Girls), respectively, you are not registered nor will you be invited to register this year.
