PHAMily Fun Day: Freedom to Fly
Get ready to celebrate Independence Day at PHAMily Fun Day: Freedom to Fly, presented by CarWash808 Express!
Join us on Saturday, July 4, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum for a special day of family fun in partnership with Hawaiʻi’s America250 commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Activities and experiences include:
- Live entertainment and patriotic demonstrations
- Hawaiʻi’s America250 commemoration program (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
- Meet a 103-year-old WWII B-17 pilot
- “Messages for Heroes” display
- Keiki activities, including crafts and a bounce house
- Photo booth
- Vintage Book Sale
- Open cockpit experiences
- Local Oahu exhibitors
- Free popsicle for the first 250 guests (one per guest with valid PHAMily Fun Day admission)

Thanks to our presenting sponsor, CarWash808 Express, tickets for our Kamaʻāina and military guests are only $5 for ages 4 and up with pre-registration and $10 at the door. Museum Members and keiki 3 years and under are free. Discounted admission will be available for purchase online until 11:59 PM HST the day before the event. $5 admission tickets are only valid on the ticket date. All sales are final.
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is located on Ford Island, an active military base. Visitors with military base access are invited to drive and park at the Museum. Visitors without base access will need to park in the open lots at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and board the FREE Royal Star shuttle located at the Visitor Center. Return shuttles will be available every 15 minutes, returning visitors to the parking lots.
