Pearl Harbor Explorer Program

Now accepting applications, the Pearl Harbor Explorer Program offers 4th–12th grade students from all schools in Hawaiʻi a two-day educational experience on Oahu, including an overnight stay aboard the Battleship Missouri. Students explore key historic sites—Pearl Harbor National Memorial/USS Arizona Memorial, Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum, Battleship Missouri Memorial, and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum—gaining a deeper understanding of Pearl Harbor and the battle that unfolded. The Pearl Harbor Explorer Program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience by visiting multiple historic sites located in Pearl Harbor. Thanks to Southwest Airlines®, 400 complimentary flights are available to support neighbor island participation.
