Virtual Classroom Learning
Overview
Students will step into the role of aviation investigators as they examine three World War II-era aircraft, taking a closer look at how each airframe was engineered and assembled. By observing real aircraft structures, they will apply their discoveries to hands-on activities that reinforce counting, pattern recognition, and basic addition skills, connecting mathematics with authentic aviation design.

Thanks to generous funding from the Freeman Foundation, Takitani Foundation, and Col. Robert F. Szul Scholarship Fund, the Museum is able to extend Virtual Classroom Visits for FREE to all State of Hawaii Department of Education classrooms while funding lasts.
Private schools and classrooms on the mainland can still access Virtual Classroom Visits for a charge of $100 per class.
