Covid-19 safety Information
A: Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is committed to the highest standard of health and safety. Liberty Luau is a socially distanced experience, with masks required when guests are not eating and drinking. Food is served directly to you, not buffet style. Staff and entertainers are required to wear masks at all times and submit to a temperature scan upon arriving to work each day. All food preparation laws are strictly adhered to, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned multiple times each day. Liberty Luau is hosted at a 50 percent capacity, in line with guidelines and regulations given by the State of Hawaii.
A: Yes. The following are subject to change without prior notice or obligation due to federal and military COVID-19 guidelines, mandates, and restrictions by the CDC, the State of Hawaii, and local authorities:
- Services, products, and menu items
- Advance reservations
- Assigned and reserved seating arrangements
- Maximum number of persons seated at the same table
We reserve the right to deny entrance to any person(s) exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or who acts in direct opposition to the guidelines and agreements outlined here.
A: Seating capacity is set at 50% of total occupancy.
A: Guests will be seated in groups of 10 or less per table. Patrons are to remain seated in assigned groups. At least 6 feet of distance will be kept between tables.
Ticketing & Reservations
A: Liberty Luau tickets include transportation from Waikiki, an exclusive tour of Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, a Hawaiian lei, a refreshing Mai Tai and second complimentary drink, a three-course meal including a salad, entrée, and dessert prepared by Chef Chai – one of Hawaii’s premier chefs, and a dinner show featuring 1940s inspired USO style entertainment along with 1950s and 60s style Hawaiian entertainment.
A: Reservations are required, but can be made up to the day prior to the event. Space is limited; we recommend booking in advance.
A: All seating is assigned. Premium Seating will provide guests with exclusive tables with the best viewing and a small gift. This seating requires a minimum of 6 people and has a maximum of 10 per table. Standard Seating is assigned based on availability at time of booking.
A: Liberty Luau is held every Wednesday and Friday from 4:30pm – 9pm.
A: Yes, transportation is included in the ticket price. The shuttle will pick you up, starting at 3pm from your choice of five locations: Ilikai Hotel, Trump Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Ave – Blue Stop Sign, Duke Kahanamoku Statue, or Aston Waikiki. After the luau the shuttle will drop you off at the same locations.
A: While we do offer military and kamaaina discounts for General Admission and Membership to the Museum, we do not currently offer special rates for Liberty Luau.
A: Guests are always welcome to come back to Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, but the tour included in your Liberty Luau ticket must be taken on the day of the luau.
A: All cancelations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. “No shows” or cancellations received inside of 72 hours of pickup time will be assessed the full rate.

A: Liberty Luau is located at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum on Historic Ford Island, just 35 minutes away from Waikiki.
A: Please do travel with your identification, as well as a credit or debit card, or cash, should you want to purchase any pictures, extra drinks, or other souvenirs.
A: Yes, there is a cash bar available to purchase additional beverages.
A: Recommend attire for Liberty Luau is aloha casual.
A: Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is wheelchair accessible.
