Hangar 37 – Main Gallery
Immerse your guests in the history of the Greatest Generation. The Main Gallery of historic Hangar 37 features aircraft and world-class exhibits in vintage 1940’s décor. With over 7,350 square feet of function space, this unique space is ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 600 guests or dinner gatherings for up to 400 guests.

Hangar 79 – Restoration Gallery
Enjoy the authentic historic feel of our largest indoor event space. Originally built for the assembly of new aircraft, Hangar 79 is now home to the Museum’s growing exhibit collection. Your guests will be surrounded by the past, present, and future of aviation in over 32,000 square feet of event space, ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 5,000 and dinner gatherings for up to 2,200.

This 200-seat state-of-the-art theater features an integrated sound, lighting, and projection system. Internet accessible. Adjacent to a pre-event reception area, the Pacific Theater is ideal for lectures, presentations, and meetings.

Education Center & Flight Lab
This private 2,300 square foot multi-functional space is ideal for meetings, lectures, workshops, and social events, for up to 180 banquet style and up to 250 for cocktail reception. The adjacent Flight Simulator Lab is perfect for team-building or entertainment.

Luke Field Tarmac & Ewa Tarmac
Be thrilled with the possibilities of our unique outdoor space. Adjacent to Hangars 37 or Hangar 79, outdoor venues offer striking evening views of the Hawaiian sunset. Create the event you have always imagined, or allow our event staff to help bring your vision to life in this space of limitless possibilities. Ideal for theme parties, casual and formal dinners, concerts, and ceremonies.
Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is honored to host the family, colleagues, and friends of our nation’s service members as they celebrate the milestones of military service. Military ceremonies held on the main Museum floor at 8am or 4pm with a fee of $100 + tax. Private ceremony space is also available before and after museum hours, inquire within.

A special offer for local residents. Have your anniversary, wedding reception, keiki first birthday, graduation or any special event at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Our 7,000+ square foot air-conditioned hangar filled with exciting aviation displays is available for our special kama’aina rate of $2,400 + tax & service charge.
Our Kama’aina Package includes:
• Use of 7,000+ sq ft Hangar 37
• Capacity for 150 to 350 guests
• Tables and chairs for up to 350 guests
• Event timeline as follows
Events are permitted to begin at 6pm and must conclude no later than 10pm. Client and Vendor setup can begin no earlier than 4:30pm with move out completed no later than 11:59pm.
*Food & Beverage fees not included
*Catering services must be contracted thru a company off the museum’s approved caterers list
*Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum will set all equipment that has been included in rental agreement. Client is responsible for setup/removal of any décor. Vendors are responsible for any and all materials brought onto the property.
High Flyin’ Party
Soar to new heights as you celebrate your child’s birthday at Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Our High Flyin’ Party Package offers a private party room with Flight Lab Simulators so your guests can learn to fly, a delicious catered meal, a special birthday gift for the birthday child, and a “Flight” through the Museum.
High Flyin’ Party details:
• Use of private party room for 2 hours
• Meal and beverage for each guest
• Flight training on flight lab simulators (ages 7 and over)
• $24.00/adult, $18.00 per child (ages 12 and under)
• 10:00am-1:00pm OR 1:30pm-3:30pm
• Minimum 25 guests required
